us - Two Enthusiastic Entrepreneurs
We are business brokers and small business consultants
based in New York City.
Our company, BestPractice LLC was started by two enthusiastic
entrepreneurs who felt rewarded working with small
companies and who believe that small businesses can
and should have access to the same knowledge and expertise
as large businesses. Our efforts are focused on companies
with less than $ 5 million in gross sales, as we feel
this is the market that would benefit the most from
our services.
Spouses and partners, Errol and Mirela are the backbone
of the company.
Dr. Errol Gluck has dealt with every aspect of human
behavior in his 27 years of working as a life coach
and conflict mediator. While working with clients,
he realized how the principles of human behavior and
relationship dynamics could influence the success
of a business. As a result of his observations he
expanded his practice to include business consulting.
As a consultant for companies like Deloitte Touche,
he facilitated communication among managers, addressing
issues such as: Stress Management, Employee Mediation
and Team Building.
Mirela
Gluck worked as a Project Manager after graduating
from The Institute of Construction in Bucharest, Romania
with a Masters in Science. She later received a Masters
in Business Administration with a concentration in
Finance from the Baruch College of CUNY, and went
on to work as an Operations Analyst, Senior Financial
Analyst and Cost Control Manager for publicly traded
companies (Movado Group, Lexent, ITTIERE).
